I was worried they wouldn’t be big enough to hold the wonderful Sleep Pillow but happily it does!!! I love silk pillowcases which i didn’t discover until 60! So spoil yourself. Get yourself a silk pillowcase. If you snore you still will but if you have hot flashes, your head will no longer be on fire
